Emerald Island Resort - Toy Story Villa I

This is truly one of the best professionally decorated furnished homes in the Emerald Island Resort. This is a 7 bedroom home with 5 bathrooms. The home is close to Disney World about less than a 2 mile drive. It is located in a gated community, with its own clubhouse and all the amenities of a hotel.

Each of the 6 bedrooms are elegantly decorated. There are 2 kids theme room. There is a open loft area where we converted it into a spare bedroom with kids play area as well. The gameroom has a awesome arcade game where you can play all your old time favorite classics, or play pool, foosball, ping pong or air hockey. Playstation 2, and WII also added. Free WIFI internet use in the house.

It is located in the closest residential area to Disney! Disney is about a 3-5 minute drive, Universal Studios & Sea World are about a 15 minute drive, Busch Gardens is about a 30 minute drive and the ocean is 45-60 minute drive.

All linens and towels are provided. This home includes a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils. There is a full size washer and dryer, central air & heat, iron and ironing board, telephone service, patio table and chairs.

1st Floor Master bedroom King Bed.

2nd Floor Bedroom 2 King Bed

Bedroom 3 Princess theme room, bunkbed with trundle underneath, can sleep 3.

Bedroom 4 Starwars room,  twin bunkbed.

Bedroom 5 Queen bed

Bedroom 6 Queen bed

Bedroom 7 Loft Area bunkbed, full bed on bottom, and single on top and single trundle can sleep 3-4.

Low Season mid Jan/May/Sept/Dec

$200 per night

Mid Season October/November/April/early June

$220 per night

High Season June/July/Aug/Feb/March

$250 per night

Holiday Peak Season

$325 per night

Policies

Rental Policies:

  • Check in time 4pm
  • Check out time 10am
  • No Pets
  • No Smoking
  • Stays less than 5 nights $140 cleaning fee charged
  • Minimum Stay 5 Nights

Deposit Policies:

  • $350 deposit is required to reserve the house and will go toward the total rent.
  • A $350 credit authorization is also required as security deposit for damages. If no damages no charge. Rate can change and vary.

Cancellation Policies:

  • Less than 30 days prior to arrival - no refunds
