This is Magic Dream Villa, a 6 bedroom home located in Windsor Hills Resort. This house has been recently decorated with fine elegant furniture and all new appliances. There is also included a brand new 55 inch plasma TV. The house is spotlessly clean.

You are only a few blocks away from the clubhouse and from the playground. The minute you step into the house you will be amazed and not want to ever leave. Enjoy your own private pool and spa, or use the clubhouse Olympic size pool resort style pool, and waterslide. Or use the private game room playing pool, foosball, or air hockey at your leisurely convenience in the house or go the clubhouse to watch a movie totally free of charge.

You will enjoy being at home here or at the park and we assure you that you will be entertained and not get bored staying at Magic Dream Villa in Windsor Hills.

We have 2 beautiful kids’ theme rooms, a Star Wars room, and Princess room which the children will totally love and the adults as well. The house can accomdate up to 16 guest very comfortably. There are 2 kings and 2 queens for the adults. Disney World is only less then 2 miles and Sea World and Universal Studios is close by as well from. There are plenty of stores and restaurants near the Windsor Hills. You can the fireworks from the resort as well if you are too tired to go back to the parks at night. Staying at Magic Dreams Villa will not be a disappointment, and most importantly save money!!!!!

1st Floor Bedroom 2 Queen bed.
2nd Floor Owner's Suite King Bed with its own bathroom.
Bedroom 3 Twin bunkbed bed and single bed with  twin trundle in Disney Princess Room can accommodate 4 kids easy.
Bedroom 4 Bunkbed Full size in the Stars War Kids Room.
Bedroom 5 Queen Bed.
Owner's Suite 2 King Bed with its own bathroom.

 

 

Rates:

Low Season - mid Jan/May/Sept/Dec	$215 per night
Mid Season - October/November/late April/late August	$225 per night
High Season - late June/July/early Aug/Feb/March/April	$250 per night
Holiday Peak Season	$330 per night
Notes: Pool heating $25 extra a night. Gas grill $65 extra. Stays less than 5 nights $140 cleaning fee added. Florida Tax 13% All rates are subject to change and vary.

Rental Policies: Check in time 4pm Check out time 10am No Pets No Smoking Minimum Stay 5 Nights Deposit Policies: A $350 deposit is required to reserve the house and will go toward the total rent. A $350 credit authorization is also required as security deposit for damages. If no damages no charge. Rate can change and vary. Cancellation Policies: Less than 45 days prior to arrival - no refunds
